Claudia Ioulianou

LLB (Law) BHSc (Clinical Nutrition)

Hi, I’m Claudia, a qualified Clinical Nutritionist with a passion for helping people transform their health through food and lifestyle. I graduated with Distinction in a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition) at Endeavour College of Natural Health and am a proud member of the Australian Natural Therapies Association (ANTA).

But beyond my qualifications, I’m also a mum of two boys, a tween and a teenager, and a dog mum to Ruby, our much-loved spoodle. Life in our house is full of energy, laughter, and, of course, plenty of food! As a big foodie, cooking is my way of expressing love, and I truly believe that food is medicine! What we eat daily has the power to shape how we feel.

When I’m not in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, you’ll probably find me reading, going for long walks outdoors, or diving into a true crime podcast (strangely relaxing, I know!). I also have a deep love of learning, which means I’m always staying up to date with the latest research to support my clients in the best way possible.

Areas of interest

I take an evidence-based holistic approach to nutrition, helping my clients uncover the root cause of their symptoms and find sustainable solutions that work for their lifestyle. My key areas of interest include

  • Gut Health: Supporting digestion, microbiome balance, and conditions like SIBO, IBS, IBD, bloating, reflux, and constipation by addressing the root cause, not just the symptoms. This includes offering microbiome testing in Australia to better understand and personalise your care.

  • Metabolic health: Helping clients improve blood sugar regulation, insulin resistance, cholesterol balance, and mitochondrial function to support long-term metabolic health.

  • Perimenopause: Guiding women through the hormonal shifts of perimenopause to menopause, helping to balance hormones, improve resilience to stress, and optimise overall health.

  • Healthy Food Relationships: Encouraging a balanced, sustainable approach to nutrition and movement, without restriction or guilt, to support a lifelong positive relationship with food.

My Approach

I know that no two people are the same, which is why I provide personalised, evidence-based nutrition tailored to your unique needs. I take a whole-body approach, looking beyond symptoms to uncover the root cause and create a clear, practical plan that fits your lifestyle.

I strive to create a safe, judgement-free space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. Whether you’re looking for answers to persistent health issues, guidance on nutrition, or support during a major life transition, I’m here to help.

Additional Qualifications

I am dedicated to continuously advancing my education to provide clients with the highest standard of care. As a member of the ANTA, I complete 20 hours of continued professional development each year. Additionally, I have participated in mentoring programs to ensure I employ evidence-based treatments that achieve positive clinical outcomes.

Some of the additional mentoring programs I have completed include:

  • Brad’s Brainiacs 6 Month Mentoring - mentored by Dr Brad Leech (PHD, BHSc NutMed).

  • Nourished gut Practitioner fundamentals – Karly Raven.

  • Uberhealthy Weight Loss (Level 1 and Level 2) - Kira Sutherland.

  • Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis: Environmental Toxins - Interclinical Laboratories.
